Technology Solutions has strategically positioned its offices so that our personnel are no more than a 90 minute drive from ninety-five percent of the Florida customer base and within a 30 minute drive to seventy percent.
The company utilizes focused software (ACT! and MS Outlook) to communicate, prospect, record, track and report to our customers and principals. Additionally, our sales/customer service office facilitates quick sales lead response, rapid communications, booking / billing data collection, forecasting and accurate reporting. Our company incorporates high speed Internet transmission along with wireless laptop computing (www.goamerica.net/mobileoffice/) and wireless communications to facilitate our sales engineer's effectiveness while in the field.
